PB REQUEST

ROLE: RESEARCH, USER FLOWS, PERSONAS, WIREFRAMES, MOCKUPS and IN BROWSER RAPID PROTOTYPING

Project

Responsive landing page and B2C software application design for Patriarchal Blessing request. The web application included three major parts, Landing page, Request page and Media Viewer. 

Target Audience

Member's of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints who have important documents they need to request from the Church History Library.

Solution

To help users with the requesting of important personal documents and documents of their ancestors. Designed and created a responsive web application which included the following components:

Landing page: clear call to actions engaging users to start using the application. 

The web application: a request page where members can edit their profile, make requests and have a history of these requests.

Media viewer: where users could view these documents in browser on any mobile device.


User flow

Defined user flow, by working closely with client and product manager.


Application flow and other documentation

Designed the application flow, and created a 30+ page document, define aspects and components of the product. Also used Jira to create user stories, tasks and to help manage development.


Wireframes

Low Fidelity wireframes were used for layout and flow purposes.


Responsive Design Mock ups

Designed graphics, images and mockups using Adobe Illustrator to present to the clients for approval.


In Browser - Prototype

Created a prototype using custom CSS and Twitter Bootstrap framework for rapid prototyping purposes.
